Making slides look so good your audience stops in its tracks is one plate to spin. Once the story stands up, our designers make every slide earn its place: winning over sceptics, showing what words alone can’t, and making your conviction catch.

First question, before a single layout exists: do you want your brand guidelines followed to the letter, or pushed? We’re happy either way. There’s no catalogue of house styles to pick from, either. Bring us anything you like the look of and we’ll build a style around your brand. Premium and Ultimate projects get two or three creative routes to compare side by side.

What are presentation design services?

Presentation design services take a deck from rough idea (or rough draft) to a finished, editable presentation. At Hype, three specialists share every project: a storyteller who builds the argument, a designer who gives it a look, and a presentation specialist who builds and animates it in the software you present from.

How do I start working with your presentation design services?

Book a call. It’s a video call with a couple of the people who’d work on your deck, and they’ll have plenty of questions. Who’s in the room? What do you need them to do? What happens if they say yes? (Yes, the project’s started already.) Leave room at the end for your questions too.

Afterwards we’ll send a proposal that spells out cost, process and timings, with case studies from brands in a similar spot. Whether you go ahead is your call. We suspect you’ll want to.

How much do presentation design services cost?

It depends on what your deck needs, so we quote every project after a call. (We know. You checked the pricing page before you read a word of this one.)

The biggest price movers are:

  • Slide count
  • A polish of your current design, or a fresh one with two or three creative routes to pick from
  • Storytelling, if you want help shaping the argument as well as the slides
  • Animation and video
  • A supporting PowerPoint template and training

You’ll get a proposal with the cost, the process and the timings before we start, so there are no surprises halfway through. Our packages, and what sits in each, are on our pricing page.

How does a presentation design subscription work?

The more we work together, the lower your costs and the better the outcome.

  • Better pricing. The more time you book, the less it costs per day, and we cap your maximum day rate.
  • Simplified billing. One monthly invoice, so you’re not juggling paperwork and PO numbers.
  • Priority time. First dibs on studio time with our presentation specialists, so you can fast-track projects.
  • Seamless support. Use your time however you want: multiple teams, multiple brands, or white-label presentation design for your own clients. Your account manager plans it all and keeps you up to date.
How many rounds of revisions do I get?

One after every stage, so your feedback lands while it’s cheap to act on, not after everything’s built. Refresh has one round of up to four hours. Premium has two, after design and after build. Ultimate has three, after storytelling, design and build. Want extra rounds? We’ll add them to the proposal.

How long does a presentation take?

Two weeks on average, and two working days for a Refresh. Bigger decks, missing content, no brand to work from and complex animation all stretch that. Subscription clients with a simple, urgent deck can sometimes have it back within 24 hours.

What software do you build presentations in?

Mostly PowerPoint: it’s where about 90% of our projects end up, because it suits most pitches. We also build in Google Slides, Keynote and Figma Slides. Design happens in Figma, then we rebuild it natively in the software you’ll present from, so every slide stays editable.

Will AI be designing my presentation?

No. Our designers make the calls on your story and your slides, and AI stays in their toolkit rather than in charge. A person reviews every slide before you see it. Anything confidential stays inside secure tools and never goes near a public model. And if you’d prefer a project with no AI in it at all, tell us at the start and that’s how we’ll run it.

Will you sign an NDA?

Happily. Your top-secret plans stay top secret, and we’ll put that in a legally binding agreement. No NDA of your own? We’ll send ours over.

Every one we’ve been asked to. Our niche is persuasion, not a sector, so we go deep on your audience instead.
