Got questions? You’re in the right place.
We know that choosing a presentation design agency comes with a few ‘what ifs’ – so we’ve put together these handy FAQs to clear things up. From pricing and process to design details and deadlines, you’ll find everything you need to know right here.
Still got a burning question? No worries. Get in touch, and we’ll be happy to help.
How much does it cost?
We like to keep things simple and transparent. There’s nothing more frustrating than searching for a service and having no clue what it’ll cost.
That’s why we’ve laid our pricing all out for you – no hidden fees, no nasty surprises.
Do you charge per presentation, or is it a subscription?
We’re flexible. Some clients just need a one-off project, so a per-presentation price makes sense.
Others need presentations regularly, and prefer a monthly subscription, which gives them priority access to our team.
Whatever works best for you, we can build the project around your requirements.
How long does it take?
It depends. A simple presentation can be ready in 24 hours, while something more detailed might take a few weeks.
Need help with storytelling, design, and animation? That can add time too. But we’re flexible to your needs, and we’ll always aim to fit your schedule.
How do we get started?
Easy: just book a quick call with us. We’ll chat over Teams, get a feel for what you need, and show you some examples of our work.
From there, we’ll send over a proposal with our process and costs, so you know exactly what to expect. No pressure, no obligation.
What is your revision policy?
We know you’ll want your voice to be heard throughout the process; we’re tailoring this presentation just for you, after all.
That’s why we build revision time into the scope of every project.
For Ultimate and Premium projects, you get an opportunity to review and feedback on each stage of the process: Storytelling, Design, and Build. You sign off each phase before we move on, so you’re always in control.
Professional projects are more focussed on delivering high quality projects at speed, so there’s time for your revisions at the end.
What types of clients do you work with?
Our clients range from start-ups looking for investment to FTSE 100 companies with global reach. If you need a presentation that makes an impact, we’re here for you.
What industries do you specialise in?
We specialise in presentation design. That’s our niche. We’re not a jack-of-all-trades design agency; we’re laser-focused on crafting high-impact presentations that get results, no matter the sector.
We’ve worked with thousands of organisations across pretty much every sector, vertical and industry: tech giants, finance firms, healthcare providers, educators, and retail brands – to name a few.
Whatever your industry, we know how to translate complex ideas into visually compelling stories that make an impact.
Do you work with clients all over the world?
Yep! While our team works in English, we can bring in professional translation services if you need your presentation in another language.
Where are you based?
We’re based in the UK, but we work with clients all over the world – about 50% of them are in the USA.
Different time zones? No problem. We’re pros at adapting to global schedules, and with resources spread across the world, we keep projects moving 24/7.
Whether you’re in London, New York, Sydney, or anywhere in between, we’ll make sure your presentation lands on time, wherever you are.
Who will be working on my project?
You’ll have a dedicated team on your project:
An Account Manager to keep everything running smoothly.
A Storyteller (if we’re writing your content) to craft the narrative.
A Designer to create the look and feel of your slides.
A Developer to build and animate your presentation.
Which software do you use?
We’ll build your presentation in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Prezi, and Keynote – whatever works best for you.
Our team also uses specialist software including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and After Effects to push design and animation boundaries before delivering the final deck in an editable format.
Do you write the content as well as design?
Yes, because a great presentation isn’t just about pretty slides – it’s about telling a story that makes your audience sit up and listen.
We can start with a discovery workshop to pick out your messaging and brand story from scratch, or if you already have content, we’ll work to develop that into clear, engaging copy.
Either way, we’ll make sure your message lands.
What if we don’t like it?
We get it – presentation design is subjective. That’s why we don’t just throw a finished deck at you and hope for the best. Our process is built for collaboration:
- We get to know you. We dive into your brand, your style, and what works (and doesn’t) for you.
- We chat. A structured briefing session helps us nail the creative direction.
- We test the waters. You’ll see early concepts before we roll out the full deck.
- We refine. You get another round of tweaks before we build the final version.
At every stage, you’re in control. If something’s not quite right, we’ll fix it. Simple.
Do you design presentations with accessibility in mind?
Absolutely. We believe great presentations should be engaging and inclusive for everyone.
That means designing with accessibility best practices in mind – using clear, readable fonts, strong colour contrasts, and logical slide structures that work for all audiences, including those using screen readers.
If you have specific accessibility requirements, let us know, and we’ll tailor the design to meet them.
What’s the difference between a presentation and a template?
A presentation is a .pptx file that is fully designed, structured, and ready to go for a specific purpose.
A template is a .potx file containing Slide Masters, which in turn contain slide layouts. A pre-designed framework for you to build your presentation with. We do both.
Still unsure about the terminology? Check out our Glossary for a full breakdown of all the key presentation terms.
What if I don’t have a brand/logo?
No problem. While we’re not a full – blown branding agency, we do offer a streamlined branding service for start – ups that need an investor-ready look.
We can design a logo, choose your brand colours, and create a mini style guide – just enough to give your presentation a polished, professional feel.
Do you create pitch decks?
Yes, and plenty more too. We design all kinds of presentations:
- Pitch decks
- Investor decks
- Credentials decks
- Internal presentations
- Town halls
- Training decks
- Webinars
- Conference presentations
Basically, if it’s a presentation, we can make it happen.
Do you offer services beyond presentations?
Yep! A lot of our clients start with a presentation, but then ask us to create complementary PDFs, infographics, brochures, social media graphics, and more. If it’s visual and supports your messaging, we can design it.
How are Hype Presentations different?
We’re fast, affordable, and damn good at what we do.
We’ve been in the presentation game for two decades, so there’s nothing we haven’t found an amazing solution for before.
Our team of creatives specialise in either Storytelling, Design or Animation, so each of these areas are brimming with experts in their field.
And we guarantee that you’ll get what you need on time, every time – we hit every deadline we agree to.
We’ve worked on decks for some of the world’s biggest brands – like UEFA Champions League, Epic Games, Dell, BBC, Cartier, F1, and Unilever – so we know how to craft presentations that get results.
Will you sign an NDA?
Of course. Your confidentiality is a top priority for us.
We’ll happily sign your NDA before we even have a consultation. No NDA? No problem – you can use ours.
What makes a good presentation?
A good presentation gets results. It grabs attention, tells a compelling story, and makes people take action.
It’s not just about looking nice – it’s about messaging, structure, and engagement. And that’s exactly what we do.
How do you handle tight deadlines?
We know that sometimes, things just need to move fast. If you’ve got a last-minute pitch or a tight turnaround, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.
We’ve delivered high-impact presentations in as little as 24 hours. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll find a way to make it work.
Why should I invest in a professionally designed presentation?
Because first impressions matter. Whether you’re pitching to investors, presenting at a conference, or delivering an internal report, your slides need to work for you, not against you.
A professionally designed deck helps you stand out, tells your story effectively, and ultimately gives you the confidence to deliver your message with impact.
